How do I heat / store my products?

Protein Snack Heating Instructions:
Remove from container before heating. For best results, thaw snack, remove into bowl and microwave for 3-5 minutes. If frozen microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Light Snack Instructions:
For best results, let the thaw biltong or droewors snack thaw out and consume within 1-2 days.

Juice/Smoothie Instructions:
Once defrosted SHAKE WELL and consume within 2 days. Served Chilled or Over Ice.

Freezing Instructions:
Keep frozen up to 5 months. Consume within 2 days of de-frosting and keep refrigerated. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

No, all our products are made according to our recipes and are made and frozen prior to your order.

What are you r portion sizes?
Each meal size varies from 250g – 350g depending on your choice of package, keep in mind how often your exercise and your activity levels. Eating healthier food, one must still pay attention to portion control. If you know you’re eating too much, try reducing your portion sizes and eat four to six smaller meals instead of three large meals.
