How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our delivery timeframes in Gauteng are 0-5 working days, Nationwide are 5-7 working days.
We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9AM and 4PM.
(We do not deliver on public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)
If I choose collection, can I change it to delivery?
We will accommodate your change however you will be charged R110.00 per delivery (area dependent). Only cash upon delivery will be accepted.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. When you place an order you can specify the required delivery date in the NOTES section and (if possible), we will schedule your delivery as requested with pleasure.
When do you deliver and what time?
We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9AM and 4PM.
During busy times deliveries may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
(We do not deliver on Friday, weekends & public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)
