I think I’ve ordered pretty much every month this year and I feel great – healthier, happy gut etc. I usually get the 21 meal version and honestly, they are underrated and d*mn delicious 🙂
But overall, fantastic food, convenient and whoever runs the whatsapp chats, lovely, friendly and helpful!
