  2. When you have found the package select the standard or high protein option.
  3. View your cart in the top right hand corner.
  4. Proceed to check out.
  5. Once the order has be placed and payment is successful, allow for a 3-5 working days delivery period, depending on stock.

We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9AM and 4PM.
(We do not deliver on public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)

Yes, each meal received is frozen for your convenience of having them on hand in your freezer.

A safe guideline is no longer than 3 months, each meal has a best before date sticker on.

Meals are best when thawed, meals must be placed into the microwave (lid off) for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave. However if your meal is still frozen place into microwave (lid off) for 4-5 minutes.

Yes, we use garlic as a base ingredient in our meals. 

No, all our products are made according to our recipes and are made and frozen prior to your order.

We do not customize any dishes for specific diets, we offer a build a package option if you would like to select meals according to your own meal plan. 

Each meal size varies from 250g – 350g depending on your choice of package, keep in mind how often your exercise and your activity levels. Eating healthier food, one must still pay attention to portion control. If you know you’re eating too much, try reducing your portion sizes and eat four to six smaller meals instead of three large meals.

Losing weight can be very frustrating, some people lose it much quicker than others. Be patient, give it time for your body to adjust to your new lifestyle change. We offer different packages that can help you with a faster result and thereafter there are packages to help you maintain your weight and carry on with your healthy lifestyle.

We will be in touch with you as soon as we receive your order to confirm, you will then be sent updates via email to indicate whether your package is going into the kitchen to be processed and then an email to indicate that your package is on route so you are aware when to expect your delivery. Confirmation emails will be sent out throughout the process to keep you updated.

Yes when selecting various meals off our build a package option, you are required to select 10 or more meals in order to create your own package.

Your order may be ready sooner should you decide to collect. If you have already opted and paid for delivery and you are not happy with the scheduled delivery date you are more than welcome to change to collection and schedule a collection date, however, please note that your delivery fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. When you place an order you can specify the required delivery date in the NOTES section and (if possible), we will schedule your delivery as requested with pleasure.

We will accommodate your change however you will be charged R2.75 per kilometer from our dispatch facility to your shipping address.
(Only cash upon delivery will be accepted).

In the unforeseeable event that you might need to cancel and return your order, we will do our absolute best to make this process as seamless as possible. We require your cancellation in writing, within 3 days from the date of delivery. If the fault is not deemed to be ours, you will be liable for a R200.00 admin and handling fee plus 3.5% of the package total (before discount if applicable) which we will deduct from the refund. We will arrange a collection for a time that is convenient for you. There will be a R100.00 collection fee, that will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
