Easiest eating plan I’ve even been on! Don’t get me wrong, it is tough and there were times where I was laying in the fetal position crying over a picture of giant tub of ice-cream! BUT what made it easy was that I didn’t have to think about food, I didn’t have to cook and no dishes so no washing up! Every evening I take my meals for the next out the deep freeze and the plan even tells me when to eat what so no thinking, no slaving over a hot stove and the meals are tasty! Will definitely stick with this for a while.
