Heating Instructions:
Remove film before heating. For best results, thaw meal and microwave for 3-5 minutes. If frozen microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Freezing Instruction:
Keep frozen up to 5 months. Consume within 2 days of de-frosting and keep refrigerated. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
