Heating Instructions:
Remove contents from container as the container is not microwavable.
For best results, thaw and microwave for 3-5 minutes.
If frozen pop the snacks into a bowl or plate and microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Freezing Instruction:
Keep frozen up to 5 months. Consume within 2 days of de-frosting and keep refrigerated. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
