Most delicious and easiest detox plan to follow.
Stay full the whole day, and for someone who is addicted to spices and hot sauce, it is super easy for me to heat and eat the meals without even adding a drop of extra salt or sauces. I am on my last 2 Days of the 7-day detox plan, and I already ordered more smoothies and juices to get me through the day as I have the 28-day Low carb plan to follow after the 7-day detox.
And I am sure my skin looks better thab ever
