Can I collect my package sooner instead of delivery?
How far do you deliver from your dispatch facility?
We deliver Nation wide, if your area code does not work at checkout please contact us: 063 772 7655.
When do you deliver to the Cape?
We only ship to the Cape on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays for delivery estimated to be delivered in 2-3 days.
If I choose collection, can I change to delivery instead?
We will accommodate your change however you will be charged R110.00 per delivery (area dependent) from our dispatch facility to your shipping address. (Only cash upon delivery will be accepted).
When do you deliver and what time?
We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 8AM and 4PM.
During busy times deliveries may take up to 7 working days to be delivered. (We do not deliver on public holidays; your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. When you place an order you can specify the required delivery date in the NOTES section and (if possible), we will schedule your delivery as requested with pleasure.
