Your order may be ready sooner should you decide to collect. If you have already opted and paid for delivery and you are not happy with the scheduled delivery date you are more than welcome to change to collection and schedule a collection date, however, please note that your delivery fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

We deliver within 100km of our dispatch facility.

We deliver to Cape Town between Monday and Thursday. Deliveries can take up to 7-10 working days.
Please note: we highly recommend placing your order by Wednesday to secure delivery for the following weeks delivery (Monday/Tuesday). If the delivery schedule is full, your order will be moved to the next available Cape Town delivery date.

We will accommodate your change however you will be charged R3.00 per kilometer from our dispatch facility to your shipping address. (Only cash upon delivery will be accepted).

We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9AM and 4PM.
During busy times deliveries may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
(We do not deliver on public holidays, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.)

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. When you place an order you can specify the required delivery date in the NOTES section and (if possible), we will schedule your delivery as requested with pleasure.
