21 Day – Vegetarian Soup Package

This soup package consists of the following soups:
Soup size (300ml) 

5 x Butternut Soup – 300ml | 150 cals
4 x Vegetable Soup – 300ml | 132 cals
4 x Tomato Soup – 300ml | 105 cals
4 x Cabbage Soup – 300ml | 114 cals
4 x Broccoli, Kale & Spinach Soup – 300ml | 153 cals

Heating Instructions:
Remove contents from container as the container is not microwavable.
For best results, thaw soups and microwave for 3-5 minutes.
If frozen pop the soup into a bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes.

Freezing Instruction:
Keep frozen up to 5 months. Consume within 2 days of de-frosting and keep refrigerated. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Allergens: Produced in a factory that uses dairy, gluten, egg, nuts, sesame seeds, garlic and onions.

All of our products are freshly prepared in our very own facility with a healthy lifestyle in mind. All products are well-portioned and then frozen by us. We deliver all of our packages in our very own freezer vans. The cold chain is never broken!
You have the choice of adding in extra Fit Food 4 U ice packs to ensure your package remains frozen even after delivery.
Products should be stored in your freezer and only placed in the fridge overnight to defrost before you need them.
