This is a full 2 week, 14 day package. We have based our ketofast packages on intermittent fasting which currently one of the world’s most popular health and fitness trends. Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern. It does not specify which foods you should eat but rather when you should eat them. GREAT package to try first and kick start you on your weight loss journey! This package consists of meals with low carbs.
